Hi... I'm from Canada ... on Day 44 on Keto way of eating!

Based on 1600 calories, my macros ratio is:

- Carbs: 5% (20g),
- Fat: 75% (133g),
- Protein: 20% (80g).

I lost 15 lbs in first 14 days and lost an additional 11 lbs over the next 26 days for a total loss of 26 lbs in 40 days. Am not weighing myself daily as invariably, it has an adverse impact on my mood.

In late Nov 2012 I quit smoking and gained 50 lbs over the next 14 months. So on Jan 8th this year I decided to start a LCHF / Ketogenic way of eating!

    Wow! What great progress you've made. Stories like this keep me on track. I started Low-Carbing after a surgery on December 2nd. After almost 2 months and zero weight loss, I found the Keto way. I started on January 28th and I've lost 9 pounds so far. I'm still amazed at how this works. I'm looking to lose a total of about 35 pounds so this is a nice jump start.
