one more day of this... i hear week 3 is the worst but im just over week 2 at this point....
i tried using weights and fists during the ab hold bridge.... weights helped but made my hands go out wider so i just went with the normal....

I alternate between "regular" and on my fists for the planks/bridge. WOW! What a difference. My wrists don't hurt nearly as much!!
And I agree. 1 more day! Isn't it funny. We sucked it up for 10 days last month, this month, were like... ugh.. LOL!!!
I can't wait to move on.0 -
One more day!! I like 6 much better than 5...seems to fly by and if there's something we don't like we get to move on sooner

I agree! In my post above, I meant to say I like 6 so much better than 10...
And I have to say I do some of my best 'work' (thinking, cleaning, working out, etc) after a good cry!0
