Get off your bottom

You can't stop Father Time marching on but you can get off your bottom and make sure you do something about being a lazy couch potato

This is what I said to myself back at the end of July last year, after having difficulties breathing and being near to 19stone (you never notice the weight creep on) the new job mugshot scared the bejesus out of me,having spent the summer indoors being very lethargic and having succumbed to retreating hair follicles I looked like Casper the ghost

Not afraid to admit I was at rock bottom, I had done it to myself and only I could have the will to make changes, 3 months in after searching for an article online I found I had a MFP account and started using it again the improvements were ace and also worked on android

I'm now 4lbs off the 3 stone mark with 3 to go all though happy to trade belly blubber and moons for lean muscle

I've noticed vast changes in my energy, appearance, and my mood

Here is the crutch I'm at the half way point and starting to plateau and also not staying as on track as I should

I have done something about it and consulted a pro bodybuilder about my eating and got some great advice I'm going to follow the iifym approach for a while and increase the cardio along with dead lifting

What I would like though is a kick up the bum and to grow my friend list with more likeminded individuals

I log food most days and always my exercise
Give words of encouragement when needed and aim to like most positive posts
I'm not a cheerleader who will celebrate if you got out of bed
Equally if you put a massive score on the door I will give praise
Will only clear out friends list if peeps have disappeared for a long time
