Sat. 2/22 - Workout

Just because it's the weekend don't skip your workout...unless if you need a rest day of course!

So what was your workout today?

This morning I did:

- A 3 mile Leslie Sansone walking video
- 20 mins. lower body weight exercises (leg lifts, squats, lunges, calf raises)
- 15 minutes Pilates/stretching

    Once I get off work I plan on doing an 1 1/2 hr workout at home using my PUMPUP app as a guideline.

    three mile hike at a park near by and a legs work out on Fitstar.

    Rest day for me....although shopping all day w/ my hubby wasn't very restful but we were having fun and it was BEEE-UTIFUL today! :flowerforyou:

    Sat was a rest day, however all week have done my Pilate's with band everyday and walk , run with harry the beagle , I say walk run as we have to stop at every darn lamp post lol

    Oops I should add my daily 30 push ups I'm religious about those
