Early Morning Blues

I have such a terrible time motivating myself to get out of bed before school. I set an alarm for 5:15, but I usually end up laying there until 6:30. At that point, I'm pushing it to get out the door in time. Any tips on how to motivate yourself to do those early morning workouts?

    when i was working out early in the morning I had a workout buddy that I would commit to meeting at the gym each day, and that helped a lot. also I would wear workout clothes to bed instead of pjs so that it was easy to transition and have my lunch and a bag pack the night before with my work clothes.

    preparation is the key...(think about lesson plans)
    i have also gone to school early to walk the track before work and that helped me get thru the day.
