Hi everyone, I have not yet started the diet yet but I have purchased the book. I have had significant success doing a great DVD (Slim in 6) and have been doing body sculpting 6 days a week (most of the time). Im a little scared about only working out 2 times a week. I'm curious what others have done.

Also, does it really work? It really sounds great.
