I did two Jessica Smith (You Tube) strength videos.... 15-Minute Abs, Butt & Thighs Workout & 20-Minute Total Body Strength Training.
Had a girls day yesterday with a few friends... no workout and I WAYYYYY over did on the calories at lunch :noway: but... we are back on track today!

Yes! I did:
- 2 mile walking dvd
- 18 minute back workout from XHIT
- Tricep dips, push ups, inner thigh leg lifts and leg raises
Don't feel too bad about your girls day. I'm sure you had fun and the good thing is you all are back on track. I also overdid it a little on Saturday night and I enjoyed every bite (lol). I get into trouble when I eat like that and don't burn some of it off.0 -
Nice workout Rainbow! What walking DVD did you do? I've seen a couple of people post that before and wondered what DVD they were doing.0

Skipped circuit training yesterday because I lifted heavier than usual. Back at circuit training today, and maybe some added cardio later tonight!0

Oh yes I did. Daily Burn Cardio Sculpt with two 750ml water bottles as weights. 31 (girly) push ups, up from 28 last time.

Thanks ChangeIs! I use Leslie Sansone Walk At Home dvd's. I'm not sure if you heard of her, but she's been around for 25+ years and have a lot of different walking workouts. Some may think you just walk in place while watching the tv screen, but you also do knee lifts, kickbacks, kicks etc. Also some workouts you use weights, resistance bands and even jog in place in intervals. I get a good low impact workout in and it has given me great results!
I also use Jessica Smith's walking workouts too. I love her!!

Yep! T25 Dynamic Core and Body Revolution's Workout 7. Oh, and an extended stretch at the end of it all. I need after those workouts or I wouldn't be able to walk tomorrow.0
