hi all my name is Wayne had gastro bypass 12/17/2013 weighting in at 390 lbs. 10 weeks out now down to 310 lbs. Looking to get to 180lbs,

    While not everyone in this group has had or is going to have surgery, there are several of us who have. The thing you will find is acceptance and support.

    As with all things in life, you get out what you put in, so please be active to your comfort level and let's get to know each other.

    Welcome to the group. I just joined a little while ago but have found that this group is more active, relative and supportive than any group I am hooked with. Not that the ladies here aren't great, but it is nice to have another man in the group.

    Wayne, it's nice to meet you. I've been part of this group a couple months and the members here have been a true lifeline to me. I look forward to hearing what they're doing and sharing with them. Grab hold of the support and make it happen for yourself...you're off to a great start.

    Unfortunately, I started MFP almost 4 years ago, but have stopped and started several times. Hopefully this is the last start. I joined this group only recently.
