March Goals

What would you like to accomplish in March?

Do you have any certain milestones you want to hit?

Do you have a certain weight you would like to get to or under by April 1st?

What about any fitness goals?

    What would you like to accomplish in March? I want to start the month at 260 and by the end of the month I would like to be 250.

    Do you have any certain milestones you want to hit? By ST Paty's day I would like to be 258 and have my morning blood sugars down between 80 and 120 - currently running around 140 in the mornings.

    Do you have a certain weight you would like to get to or under by April 1st? Yup I want to start April in the 250 range.

    What about any fitness goals? I would like to get up to 30 minutes/day on the stationary bike.

    My February goal was to weigh 183 or less and to walk at least 105 miles by 2/28. I did not make the weight goal (stayed at 2/1 starting weight!) but I walked/ran 116.75 miles in February! My March goal will be the same as the "missed" Feb goal- 183 pounds but I'll increase the walking goal to any amount higher than 117! The weight loss will just have to catch up

    I need to get back in the swing of things exercise wise. I have only been doing about half of my workouts. :(
    As far as food goes, I think I finally found my sweet spot for losing the last week of Feb.

    I would like to lose between a pound and two pounds a week this month, putting me somewhere between 161 and 165 by April 1st.

    What would you like to accomplish in March? I would like to complete all of my challenges in a timely manner and not wait and play catch-up like I did last month.

    What about any fitness goals? My fitness goal this month is to work out at least 30 minutes a day.

    I want to get into the 160's by April 1st which will be 1/2 way for me. When I get past 1/2 way to goal I am going to change my ticker to 'Pounds to go" from 'Pounds lost' and create some side by side progress pictures.

    I want to be in the 100s by April 1 and I want to be consistently exercising throughout March. Exercise, exercise, exercise is my struggle these days still

    I want to get down into the 150s. Since I'm less than a pound away from that, I am confident that I can do it. I would really like to consistently lose 1-2 pounds per week. I suppose I would like to start by being more consistent with my workouts.

    with my weigh-in today, I am officially in the 100s!!! that was my goal before April. I still am struggling with my consistent exercise issue, but have done better recently. Just feels so good to weigh in the same hundreds as where my goal weight is. I cannot remember when I weighed in the 100s last. Good luck everyone and persevere!
