RI 30 level 3 Day 2

i hate circuit one... that is all ;)
mostly going backwards in the duck walks, and why are squated jacks so hard?
Day 2 down.

    Today was easier, that's for sure but I am fully out of steam by circuit 3. I still cant stand up easily from the Rock-n-roll rockstars. Any tips? I keep wanting to cross my ankles and hop up and then i'm tangled. Keeping my feet together and trying to stand, I thrust my pelvis first like a pregnant lady getting out of a chair. So hard - Damn fat rolls!

    Still did alternating legs on the pike situps in the end and don't even roll over for the cool down. LOL.

    I feel pretty pathetic but I'm laughing about it.

    Rach I also cross my legs in the rock n roll in order to get up...thinking its not so great for my knees, but it saves me from putting my hands down. Might have to try the pregnant lady pelvic thrust though lol

    This level is brutal on my knees - especially the animal walks in circuit one. Trying to figure out ways to ease the strain.

    Other than that, I do like the intensity. Table push ups are my fave! I love the way she works the arms in this workout. Makes me feel pretty rockstar-ish.
    I can't do the rock n roll crunches at all! I don't even bother trying to get up. I just modify it into a deep crunch, rolling onto my back, raising legs, then rocking forward into a crunch. I can literally hear my knees screaming at me during that cardio with the jumping lunges and cross hops, so I don't jump there at all.
