What is Your Exercise Prescription?


F.I.T.T. Principle:
What is it?
The factors that are most important when designing an exercise plan.

F: Frequency
I: Intensity
T: Time
T: Type

Frequency: How often?

3-5 days per week. 5+ is optimal.

Intensity: How hard?

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hardest, you should exercise at about 6-8.
Intensity is said to be the most important factor of an exercise prescription***

Time: How long?

Optimal time is 20-30min
10 minutes a day is still beneficial!

Type: What kind?

Here’s a list to get you started:
