    Today is my lower body day so I did the Fitness Blender's 100 Squat Challenge and Thigh and Butt Barre workout and a Leslie Sansone video for a little cardio. Just a basic workout, nothing too hard today.

    By the way, you have the best thread titles ever Change. :)

    Turbo Fire's Fire 30 and Body Revolution's Workout 7. I forgot how intense Turbo Fire was after not doing it for a while!

    I did Tapout XT cardio. I haven't done it in about a year and did it kick my butt. I got through it though - buckets of sweat today. I have two days of rest coming up so I didn't mind so much.
