Adding 15 miles since last Saturday. Sorry to not be posting much. Work has been crazy and lots of OT being put in. Unfortunately since I work out at 5:00 a.m. there have been a couple mornings that it just didn't happen. I think mental exhaustion wreaks havoc on me more so than physical exhaustion. Hopefully things will get back to normal next week.

Checking in at 31.23 miles for the month. I'm going to have to step it up to hit 75, but I've worked my way back up to 4 miles at a time after my injury. First time was pretty painful. Today it wasn't bad at all, so now I just need to keep it up.0 -
