    This is my first time committing to the group :)
    I just got a fitbit, so that should help me move a whole lot more, and give me some accountability to be able to visibly see how I am doing.

    To begin, I will commit to 100 miles, and see how I do with that. Hoping I meet that, as it is still really cold and snow covered in Ontario, Canada, so won't be able to venture out as much as I hope the nicer months I will

    03/01 - 4.9miles - a good start for the month walking around town, going to the bank, pharmacy and hair salon for a cut.

    4 mile walk with my 6-yr-old to start off the month. We walked to Starbucks and back. yummmmmm. (I... I mean, uhhh... he.... he needs some external motivation!)

    Hi, I'm up for 135 miles in March - it will include stationary bike miles on days when \I can't get out and walk or run (I hope to increase miles run this month!!!)

    Came last in the weekly park run again! Battled to keep up with the girl at the back who was collecting all the signs!:embarassed: ... but then ... I was giving it a go ... hubby stayed in bed!

    Yay, Amber! Glad you made it. Great group, great people and you'll find you're moving so much more with being a part of it.

    @spikesmom and @taxmom9093 :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: It will be the best year ever. I'm currently at a lower weight than I've been in at least 15 years and feel much better physically and mentally with all I get from this site. It's just saying that number out loud ...

    Starting off the month of my birth with 4.25 miles.

    Did my workout indoors, stupid weather. Did stationary recumbent bike, interval training program.

    03/01 - 11.5 miles stationary recumbent bike - interval program

    This month - cycling - i am working towards 160 miles. Should be able to do that ~ but am playing tennis 3 plus times a week and weight training 3 days.

    March 1st 13. 2 miles
    March Goal 160 miles
    To Go - 146.8 miles

    Going to up my goal to 65 miles this month even though I didn't quite make my goal last month....being optimistic that this winter will start letting up as the month progresses, although this first week does not look too promising. Good Luck all!! :drinker: :drinker:
