Hi everyone!

I've been a MFP user for awhile, but I'm finally staying dedicated. For the past five days I've been logging all my food intake, along with exercise. I'm determined to keep this up, and would love to meet other at home walkers too! :) Please feel free to add me. I've struggled with weight all my life, and would benefit from having supportive friends. :)

    Please consider joining in the monthly challenges . There are a lot of wonderful walkers who walk together every month, and they are a very supportive and encouraging, as well as a fun group :smile: . I would love to support you in the challenges :flowerforyou: .
