I like a lot of the changes, especially the addition of Vitamin D and Potassium as well as reflecting more "realistic" serving sizes.

I really like them. I do think that education is going to play a more vital role than nutrition labeling alone but I think the new labels are much more revealing and helpful.
Seriously, though...why not make nutrition a weekly segment in a child's science education?0
