My Diet for Week-4!!!

Hello dear challengers :smooched:

Since Monday is our 1st day of the 4th week! Can you believe that:noway:

I decided to follow a diet plan that based on a lot of fruits, veggies and some protein to kind of clean my system! and get me back on the track since week 3 wasn't the best one for me!

I gonna follow this diet " http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePIR-acGTQI " and might change it little bit due to what I have food! I gonna log everything I eat and exercise! and honestly I don't know how many calories this should count per-day! So will see!

**Note I never been on a cleanse diet or fruity veggie one before so it is kind of an experiment for me!
