Meal Replacement Shakes

Anyone in this group doing meal replacement shakes? I've seen two for £8 offers on Slim Fast at my local ASDA (450g tubs) but there are also ASDA's own shakes available. I tried to compare the two but the nutritional content isn't displayed the same - ASDA's just shows it's nutritional info made up with skimmed milk. I have a cow's milk allergy so I'd be making them up with water or soy milk (will try the taste first). Does anyone know the nutritional content of ASDA's shakes per 100g vs it when made with cows milk?

Thanks in advance for any replies. x

Its actaully cheaper to make your own, buy some protein powder (i like Reflex) some yogurt and almond milk, frozen fruit and your pretty much doing the same thing the drinks are.

I used to do Lighterlife but too expensive - switched to Exante it's cheaper and much more variety - shakes, bars and meals. Watch out for their offers 3 for 2 etc.,
