Hi my name is Rachel I am back to using this site a year ago I lost about 50lbs and then stopped using it because of no Internet stopped writing down everything I ate. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby our dr said to lose weight I think that maybe I have pcos dr ran a bunch of blood work but could not say why I was not ovulating. So anyways I am trying to lose weight to be more active then maybe not so much arthritis pain and if blessed with a baby will be the cherry on top. Feel free to add me as a friend.
