Hi all, I'm looking for a running buddy in EK, someone who's pretty much a rank amateur like me. I'm training for a 5k at the end of the month and another couple of races after that, and need the extra motivation, especially with the weather (slightly) improving.     I'm nearby and wish i had the motivation and time to join you! Plus i'm ridiculously unfit.... i think i'll need a number of months in the John Wright Sports center before I can even contemplate this type of challenge hehe
