This morning I did:
15 minutes of daily calisthenics
Tamilee Webb - I Want Those Arms (this is old school, but still effective...I had the VHS tape lol)
20 minutes on mini-stepper

Depending on the weather, it's either 2.5 miles at the track or weights/pilates at home.0

How did your first day of Ripped in 30 go Tara? I did that program last year and it really helped me to improve my fitness.
