Strong Curves

Has anyone tried the Strong Curves program? I've been doing PHUL for the last 12 weeks and was looking to switch things up as I get bored easily. I purchased the book weeks ago and have read through it. The workouts seem pretty solid and incorporate all the major compound lifts. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it out and has an opinion to offer?

I'm doing the beginner program now, & I love it! I'm in week 3, I took a week off unintentionally because with things going on at work all my energy got zapped but I'm trying to get back into it this week, I really feel like it's already making a difference.0

Well, I tried all 3 workouts of the beginner program. First 2 felt pretty good. I did modify a lot of the exercises because most just called for bodyweight or dumbbells. So I did everything but added the Oly bar and extra weights to keep up with my progress. The last workout felt waaaaaay too easy though. Took a look at the advanced program and it's pretty much exactly what I did - all the same lifts but using the Oly bar and added weights. So I'm going to give the Advanced program a try and will reassess afterwards.0
