Hi,
I'm wanting to get started soon, but prefer to buy my own equipment rather than get a gym membership so I'm on the hunt. I've read up on a few of the posts but still feel retarded about exactly what equipment/how much weight I will need for the program. Would a set like this be adequate?

If so, what else do I need in addition these?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like a good set. You will also need a squat rack and bench.0

Yes, the bar and plates look like a good starter set. You many find you want an extra set of 10's. You will need a power cage or rack and a bench. Most of those are easy to find on CL as well. Well, maybe not the power cage. You can find plans for a home made power cage online as well.0
