New here. I'm thankful there is a group like this. When I saw it my thoughts shrieked, "Perfect!" This is just what I need. I start ED therapy and meeting with a dietician next month. Been dealing with ED thoughts age 8, started therapy age 12. Recovery is scary, but I'm ready to fight for it...I think...
