Correct bike fit/setup

It has been awhile since I've been on my Trek 5200....I'd like to get a "fit" and correct setup as I'm older, in better shape and want to make sure I enjoy the ride. Any suggestions on where to go. Madison, WI is 2 hours, Dubuque, IA about an hour....

I second the Retul fitting. I had one a couple of years ago and it was fabulous. It totally changed the way I ride. It's pricey but worth it.

Thanks....never knew something like this existed for the masses. Setup an appointment in Dubuque...can't wait for spring and the snow piles to leave...
