Hello all, I just joined and am glad I found this group...my surgery is 1 week from today! I am excited and nervous all in one. Any tips, suggestions, or chat welcome :)

    everyone is a little different my surgery went smoothly and im down 31 pounds after loosing 9 during preop so 22 in my first month! I did however catch a stomach bug after leaving the hospital and was unable to keep any liquid down. my tip would be don't hesitate to call your surgeon if you are worried about anything. they are the best person to help you with any questions or concerns. good luck and congratulations.
