Hi all.

Today did 50 minutes of Tae Bo today.

Thought I'd try something different. It kicked my behind.

    Day 2 Ripped in 30
  • Did 30 minutes of weights and squats last night. Can't wait for the rain to move out so I can walk outside again.

    I did a new strength workout that was awesome!!! It was on Health.com - alison-sweeney-workout - Great moves and man am I SORE!!! :happy:
