Hey there!!
Have you ever heard of Centella Asiatica? It's a small, herbaceous plant which allegedly helps with skin repair and renewal. My trainer mentioned it to me because one of his clients (a man) has been using it and he said he has seen a lot of improvement on his skin, it being much more firmer. I just got a lotion for cellulite, skin firmness and elasticity. I took photos of my trouble areas (thighs and butt) and will take photos again in 4 weeks, to see if there's any result.
Have you heard of this plant? What do you think of such supplements?

I have not heard of this but I am a big fan of natural options! I think it's important! And I am all about the firming stuff, problem is you stop using it and you usually regress!
