Daiya Pizza!!!!

I finally found the frozen Daiya pizzas today. Haven't tried it but I'm very excited that there is a pizza I can keep in the freezer as insurance against pizza envy.
If you are unfamiliar with Daiya it is a 'cheese-like substance' that is, in fact, cheese-like. There are several flavors that make a decent attempt at being cheddar, mozzarella, swiss & provolone. It melts & stretches & (even better) gets crispy edges if heated. Its actually good enough to make grilled cheese sandwiches with and it is Dairy, Gluten and Soy free!!!!
I've made my own pizzas with Udi's GF crusts and Daiya 'feese' (fake cheese) for several years--and will continue to do so when I'm planning to have pizza. But having one of these ready to heat babies in the freezer is going to make me a happy girl when an impromptu pizza party ensues!

Daiya is the only fake cheese I like. Their pizza is quite good, and I like the crispy crust! Hope you like it too!0
