Logging T25 Workouts??

Hi there, I am new to this myfitnesspal and am still learning the ropes. I am diligently logging my food and exercise intake each day, but was wondering how any of you have been logging your T25 workouts to calculate an accurate/ideal calorie burn. When I search the database, the only thing I can find is general circuit training, would this be the best option to log these workouts? Thanks for your help!
