Anyone know how to use the synergy?

My PF had a info meeting on how to use the synergy360 but I couldnt make it and I'm actually curious on how to use it. I like using the trampoline and medicine balls.

    OMG! I so love the synergy 360! There are so many things you can do on it. Just catch the trainer sometime and ask them to show you.
