Today was my first day out and about, I ran a few errands, packed a snack and ate it in the car. My day turned out really good! Except that my incisions are in a spot that my pants rub, so that wasn't comfortable. Today I ate tuna and a mashed 1/4 of an avocado so far so good. I really don't have anything to complain about, it's all positive. I'm feeling amazing getting in all my protein and fluids. Also I'm down almost 20 lbs which I'm really excited about. .
