Congrats on a great week! Me, I'm up 1.4 lbs again. I was pretty good about following my calorie goals this week, so I was a bit disappointed. On the other hand, I am just not being as diligent as I was in the fall. Committed to getting back on track. My husband joined MFP this week and it is nice to have someone else thinking about the food choices we are making.0

UGH! Up one pound. Started the gym 1 hour every other day and it is making me more hungry.0
