Total loss for this week 3.2 lbs. This completely took me by surprise because I haven't been working out as much this week and I haven't been feeling well at all this week. Hope everyone is doing well and has had a good week.

    Congrats on a great week! Me, I'm up 1.4 lbs again. I was pretty good about following my calorie goals this week, so I was a bit disappointed. On the other hand, I am just not being as diligent as I was in the fall. Committed to getting back on track. My husband joined MFP this week and it is nice to have someone else thinking about the food choices we are making.
