In the Akron Area part of BGR - Cleveland

Hey Ladies, I'm a moderate level runner who has been a member of BGR Cleveland for about 3 years. I run on average, 3-4 5Ks and I've run the Akron Marathon relay for the last 2 years - the 2nd leg - 4.8 and the 3rd 7.5 respectively for the last two years. I just started myfitnesspal this past week, trying to shed the winter pounds and I've been very successful. I'm looking to lost about 18 lbs by May so that I can start the run season in optimal shape. I workout 4 - 5 times a week. I am a certified Zumba instructor who enjoys bootcamp workouts, strength training and yoga.
