These are awesome for women with big butts and small waists! I've never found nice baggies that didn't gap hugely at the waist.

Although mine are last years and don't have a pretty design. There's an elastic panel on each side then velcro straps with a little loop for tightening the waist. So awesome.

Those sound great. I have the same problem you've described (big booty, small waist). Dakine makes a great short that's got the velcro on the sides near the back to help with that gap-issue.

Dakine Women's Tempest Cycling is the cut that I have three pairs of. I got them on chainlove.com & competitivecyclist.com when they got marked down.

I will look into these pair you linked as well!

That's my body style alright -but they look really long. Any clue how long the inseam is. I'm short with short legs. I have a pair shebeast that I really like, sure hope they fit again this year. Hate summer trying stuff on again.

Mine really aren't that long, but they are the older version and yeah, I'm tallish.

    These are mine:

I just did a quick online search and can only find the old ones in white, in sizes 2,4 and 6. Mine are 10s and were snug last fall (but fit yesterday!).

Oh that's cool. I have a Jett (men's) riding top, I prefer more a trail style baggy top to a traditional shaped riding top due to constant over heating.. will have to go check out their pants too :D

I found an Australian brand of lycra shorts called Bellweather that cater to my large thighs if anyone is interested :) Usually to get lycra shorts that don't cut my legs off the waist is too big and they slip down all the time.
