    iked. Very simple

    1/2 package of earthborn farms baby kale
    about 2 t of ginger/garlic**
    1 t coconut oil
    S&P

    **I keep in my freezer a paste made of equal parts ginger and garlic that you peel and throw into food processor and grind up. Then you can press it into a sandwich bag and keep in the freezer. You just break off a piece when you want to use it.

    For this, I just heated up the oil, tossed in the greens and the ginger paste and let it sautee for maybe 5 minutes on Med-high until the greens were even a bit crispy. Then a little S&P and yum...
