Why did you start a weight loss program? Was it to look better, feel better, maybe both?
Starting a weight-loss program is very exciting. You may have felt motivation and eager to start losing weight. However, over time when the pounds just don’t ‘fall off’ like you had hoped, motivation starts to decrease, and unfortunately many just fall off the bandwagon all together.

This is the time to refocus ad regain motivation. Find that trigger that helped you start in the first place and keep it with you. Not only will weight-loss, exercise, and better nutrition help you LOOK better, you will FEEL better too!
