Woot! Didn't gain this week!

I've complained a few times that I'm gaining too much, too fast, and didn't understand why because I had MFP set to maintenance and was for the most part sticking to the correct amount of calories. After gaining 20lbs in 20 weeks I was starting to feel really gross and upset about it, so I decided to get serious and be better at tracking and make darn sure I stuck to my goal. With my OBs advice/permission I adjusted MFP to allow me to eat 2,000 calories (the maintenance had me set at 2300). Right away I could see a difference - only eating 2,000 I was SO hungry the first few days! That tells me I must have been going over 2300 much more often than I had thought (I wasn't tracking every day, just once in a while).
So after a week of staying at goal, and I even started running again, now that it's kind of nice out, and I stayed stable at my 20lb gain!!
