Hi there this my 2 day of retrying with thei fitbit flex...my question is today I burned 678 calories doing my bike but now it says I burned 1076 instead..this brings my to eat calories over 2000...wow I have the enable minus calories on
why so many burned calories? normaly I have my calories set for 1620 calories to lose .5 calorie and I would eat a bit of exercise back
do I have to eat all of that back over 2686 cals ?
should I have my MFP calculated to burn 1lb and then it would read 1370 instead
or should I ignore the burned calories
I would appreciate a bit of help before I give up again:flowerforyou:

I'm not sure yet. I've mostly ignored the 'added calories form exercise' but I'm only a week into using my flex.
But you read this, right?
