Hope everyone is doing well

I am entering the down and dirty run in Gilberts Il in June and was curious to see who as ran this course and any others looking for feedback and experiences - looks like fun and I am working regularly to get in shape for it

    I am not available the weekend of Down & Dirty but I would like to participate in MuckRun although the website doesn't specify where the Chicago event will be located. Ive never done a mud or obstacle event but I would like to this year. Keep me posted if you do another one besides D& D :)

    I'm doing the Warrior Dash in June. I did it 2 years ago also. It was so much fun. I want to do more but I can't seem to get the people together to do them. I'm not sure about the down and dirty but I know Gilbert's isn't far from me. I should look that one up.
