The story of my weight.

January 2009-370 pounds
Worked out with a trainer 5 x a week doing cardio and weight training.

January 2010-300 pounds
Continued working out 3x a week without trainer.

January 2011-270 pounds

July 2011
Married husband. Husband eats doughnuts, fried chicken, pop tarts, and ice cream every day. He does not work out.

May of 2012-300 pounds.
Joined MFP on May 17th (the last day of school, I am a teacher). Promised myself to work out 5 x a week doing cardio and strength training.

August 17, 2012-275 pounds

October 30, 2012- 250!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was my first goal when I joined MFP. I stepped on the scale 3 times to make sure this was real!!!

12/2/12- found out I was pregnant.


8/9/13 Had my daughter. Only gained 15lbs the entire pregnancy.

9/9/13 Was told my a lactation consultant to start eating more calories in order to breast feed. I did it. Stayed 5lbs from my pre pregnancy weight.

11/15/13 Found out birth control doesn't always work. Prepared myself for baby number 2. Ate alittle more than I should have...15 lbs over pre pregnancy weight.

1/15/14 Lost baby number two. Started emotional eating like crazy.

3/13/2014 Now 40 lbs past pre-pregnancy. Back on MFP and using my fitbit to lose this weight and get back to 250 (or less)
