You can find me on instagram under mamacongdon. I decided to document my meals. Restarting fresh today. Whole 30 makes me feel good. I have felt horrible the past week after eating whole 30 meals 2/3 meals a day. I have stayed away from snacking, but not prepping and planning I made some bad choices at dinner time. Rosacea has flared up, feeling bloated again, and just feel off. Maybe by keeping a photo record of my meals I will feel motivated to stay whole 30 each meal. I really do feel better when I eat this way. Recommitting today.
