The biggest problem is sodium always ouer and under calories

    I honestly don't watch the nutrition side of it much. I find that eating clean (apples, grapes, carrots, whole wheat breads, etc) and trying to make sure that a minimum of 70% of my meals a week are home made helped more than anything. Although I'm not sure if you want to lower your sodium for any certain health reasons, but for purely weight loss reasons, I didn't pay much attention to the nutrition and lost a consistent 1 pound per week. What're you eating that has the most sodium you're looking to replace? Anything in particular?
