Hi, I'm new to MFP (about two weeks in I think) and would really like some friends for support. I've always been fit, but I stopped working out during pregnancy and my little one has just turned 9 months old. I'm still nursing almost full time. We do BLW, but he generally doesn't consume a whole lot of real food.
Anyways, I have lost 2/3 of the total 35 lbs I gained within the first month, but then 8 lbs creeped back on mostly due to lack of activity and boredom eating (I have a sweet tooth). So I figured it is time to do something about it. I have about 15-20 lbs to lose. I signed up for a PT at my gym 3 times a week to help with accountability and for some resistance training as I'm awful about it. And I do cardio 6 days of the week just for about a half hour. My little one still wakes up twice a night so I'm always exhausted. When will he sleep?! lol
Anyways, if anyone wants to friend me, please do

Hiya Momma!
Welcome to this group, I just joined a couple of weeks ago. I'm only up about 9 lbs from my pre-preg weight, and suspect they are around to stay until I'm done BF. My little girl will be four months next week, and I NOD evenings and weekends, and then pump during the workday. She usually wakes up only once, but sometimes twice each night.
I've just resumed my running schedule and am aiming for three days a week (two short during the week and a longer weekend run) and would like to up to 4-5 once the weather cooperates.
Welcome! (I'm friending you now!)0 -
