For our weigh in this week, since the group's creator seems to be gone for now. Everyone seems to be making great progress so far. How did this week go?

Starting weight: 148.6 (Jan 1)
Week 1: 135.6
Week 2: 139.6 ( some "junk food"/water weight couple days before the weigh in)
Week 3: 134.8
Week 4: 133.8
I lost 1 lb! These days every freaking ounce counts. lol
I actually did way less cardio (kept the amount of videos I do at home the same) this past week and increased my calories so I'm really happy to see a loss.0 -

I stayed at 172. I had really bad choices of food this week, and I am ok with that.

I lost two pounds so happy with that. Didn't eat well last week, although kept below my calorie target. For example lunch on Friday was a custard doughnut (and a rumbly tummy all afternoon). Got a big night out this Friday which could blow my weeks result.0

I wasn't going to post on here until I lost weight...but what the heck.
I've been stuck at 162 since February and I know it's because of my laziness/snacking. Prior to that, I had been losing about a pound a week which was nice (started the year at 170). On the bright side, I'd rather get "stuck" than to gain the weight back. Hopefully I can find my motivation again - maybe I should try on my swim suit lol

I've been absent the last couple of weeks myself! Birthdays etc knocked me off track for a couple of weeks and I gained a wee bit back but on track again!
Feb 8: 162.7 lbs
Feb 15: 161.8 lbs
Feb 22: 163.5 lbs
Mar 1: 164.1 lbs
Mar 8: 163.2 lbs
This week I am really back into it.
March 15 Weigh in: 161.2 (yay!) Although it means I have barely lost anything since joining the group, it proves to me that I can get back on track after I fall off the wagon! Good work everyone0 -
