I lost 2 lbs this week! I had a little bit of an off week-although I started off well, by mid week I was already slacking-for many different reasons which I'll leave off of this forum, lol.
So-I'm down 10 lbs (well 9.8, really) in 4 weeks-could be better, could be worse...but I'll take it!
SW: 342
CW: 332.2
GW: 195
NWGW: 330-2.2 lbs

i absolutely LOVE my Fitbit, and it definitely keeps me moving! Reaching that goal at the end of the day is such a good feeling!0 -

I was a pound off from my goal this week, but I was out of town for the weekend and did not work out. I'm surprised I even lost 1 pound. I'm back on track for this week though, so I'm hoping to reach my goal of 223. My overall goal is 200 lbs. by May 26 (my birthday).0 -

I got a polar f4 heart rate monitor! it saves my life! my dietitian told me if i kept my heart rate above 140 for 25 minutes every other day, I'm guaranteed 3 pounds per week every week!0 -

Thats good girl! 10 pounds in a month! I hope that I can lose that much by next month! My honeymoon is in April!!0
