We are all going to weigh in on Friday! I hope I do better today than yesterday!! It started out good, but then I had to make a treat to bring to work today and it went downhill from there...today is going to be a better day!!!

I prelogged my breakfast/lunch for today last night. I still don't know what we are going to have for dinner yet. I did good today up until my co-worker went and got shamrock donuts luckily that doesn't happen often so I had one and logged it.0

I was good yesterday. Stayed within my calories (went over by 9 calories, but it doesn't count), did my scheduled lifting workout and had at least 10 glasses of water.
