I was so happy that Maggie and Glenn reunited and that it didn't take another season for that to happen.

Glad Tara didn't die when her foot was dislodged in some heavy concrete and that later, Glenn gave her a good background story, so that others don't know she was with the Governor/Brian. That was nice of him.

That beatdown of Joe was harsh. I hope the group doesn't change who Darryl is. When he "claimed" something for the first time (tomato plant), I had a bad feeling.

Mary, the Terminus lady, is sweet but I wonder. Why isn't there any security at all at the place? They just opened the gate so easily. Made me feel like there aren't many people there at all.

Eugene is so obviously not a scientist. He sounds more and more like someone I'd meet at Comic Con.

I agree with all of the above... and how about Denise Crosby!?!?! :drinker:

I knew she looked familiar but I couldn't place it. I kept saying "I should know who that is!" Then, Chris Hardwick mentioned on his show and I was like YES!!!!

Definitely agree with everything said so far, although I didn't mind the guy getting knocked off for trying to screw Daryl over. I agree that I hope he doesn't start to fall into their way of thinking though.

Also, as much as I liked everyone getting their backstories told, I was really happy to see almost everyone in one episode again. And how cute were Michonne and Carl?! I love the way their relationship is growing.

And whoa, next week is gonna be epically insane. I'm scared as hell that we're going to lose someone, and I did not like the potential foreshadowing of burning Maggie's photo. Can we please make it through one finale where someone doesn't die?!

I think this episode had some warm, fuzzy moments to make up for all the horribleness piled on in the last episode. I’m not going to lie….I may have shed a tear or two when Maggie and Glenn were reunited. Eugene also won some cool points in my book for directly Rosita back to the train tracks to wait for Tara and Glenn. I wonder if his motivations are because Tara is crazy hot or because he really is delaying the trip to Washington D.C.

I’m glad to see that Daryl is resisting becoming part of the group of thugs. I think that Joe probably senses that Daryl could be a bad guy given the right influences but he’s trying to make it seem like a good thing because Daryl is so resistant to it.

As far as Terminus goes I thought for sure it was going to be a trap. How does a community like that survive with no security at the gates? I think we’ll definitely be losing someone in the final episode next week, just not sure who.

I think that Joe eluded to the fact that they had issues with Joe before. This was just an excuse to finally get rid of him. Or maybe they did it to prove to Daryl that they still abide by certain rules. Daryl thinks these guys are dirtbags (which they are) and doesn't want to become like them. Joe thinks that their actions are justified and that they are "good" guys because they still follow a certain set of rules (aka no lying, no stealing).

I agree!! I kept thinking "she's a better mom to Carl than Lori ever was!!!"

I like Abraham. He seems like a good guy. Eugene is ok too, but very socially awkward. I think he might have Asperger's Syndrome.

Thank god Rosita found some sensible clothing.

Darryl's group isn't that far behind Rick and Co. I hope when they get to Rick that Darryl finally breaks free of that group.

Love seeing Denise Cosby again. I've missed her since Star Trek: TNG. But it's still creepy to see just her and some flowers. They should take over Terminus then secure the place with good security and take down all the signs everywhere welcoming people to it. That's what I would do.

I believe the guy's name was actually Len and Joe is the leader of the group. I think they killed him to try and gain Daryl's loyalty.

I think it's more of a big sister relationship than a "mom" thing. I think Rick is relieved that Michonne can bring out the kid in Carl. I think Rick was very worried about Carl losing his childhood, even since the very beginning of the show.

Terminus is going to be bad. As most people have said, where is the security. Unlocked gate, one unarmed lady with her back to the entrance... anybody who ends up there is going to learn to love and miss the Governor.

I agree. Maybe they're trying to give off the vibe of being nice and friendly with the flowers and the nice lady offering you food. Once you get comfy BAM!!! you're a prisoner...or worse dead. But what is motivating this group to post signs all over the surrounding area and lure people to Terminus. They're either really trying to create community and sanctuary for all or they're really evil.

You're right, his name was Len. And if I would have read my own sentence I would have seen that I put Joe in there twice.

I think they're trying to prove to Daryl that he's safe as "one of them." Daryl is clearly uncomfortable with the group. Daryl obviously wouldn't have made it this long if he wasn't a survivor so they see him as an asset to the group.

Why isn't Maggie more concerned about Beth? Not once in this episode did she mention her younger sister! And burning the phot was a stupid statement. It's not as dumb as Darryl and Beth burning down a perfectly good cabin, but still dumb nonetheless.

Glenn..don't go into dark tunnels where you can hear Walkers. Bad, dumb idea.

yeah, the tunnel thing....I would have gone around...that just seemed...too ominous....

happy to see the couple reunited...and worried about the guys catching up to Carl, Michonne and Rick...def gonna be a great last episode....

    This is a interesting theory....

    http://comicbook.com/blog/2014/03/24/the-walking-dead-were-these-paintings-about-mary-from-terminus/

All of the painting in the house that Carl and Michonne were raiding for supplies are corresponding to the storyline (in theory). There were bunnies (Lizzie), sunflowers (Terminus), a light colored dog (Beth & Daryl) and that creepy lady with the X over her eye and mouth. The painting looks exactly like Mary at Terminus! Is this just another Easter Egg that the writers are throwing in there?

    Oh my!

So my coworker who reads the comic book and usually tips me off to what "might" come next in the storyline, just informed me what he thinks Terminus is supposed to be (based on the comic book).

I won't tell it, but holy cow!!! It's a shocker!

I get a really bad vibe from Terminus, and there's something about Mary that doesn't sit right with me. (Mary... There's just something about Mary.)

The painting really does look just like her, with the hair and everything!

I just read that some people are saying that the sweater Beth was wearing before she was kidnapped is the same sweater Mary was wearing. By the screenshots it looks like it may or may not be true, but that would be interesting if someone from Terminus kidnapped her. Right now we don't have any other suspects.

There has got to be someone protecting those gates and Mary. Maybe snipers on the roof or somewhere they can't be seen. There is no way that you can be that unprotected against walkers or other people!

yeah, those gates were pretty....easy to walk through...plus they went through some areas with buildings to get to where she was....def some opportunity for snipers etc to hide out.

wondering what kind of chaos would happen when Rick arrives with Michonne and Carl, and then the band of mirauder type guys that Daryl is with get there.

ETA: OBVIOUSLY Daryl has no loyalty to these guys, but wonder if he figures out they're tracking Rick before they catch up to them.

Maybe I am really slow, but are these the same guys from espisode 2 who snuck into the house Rick was sleeping in?

Yes, the guy with the blue bandana was the guy that saw rick and the Joe is the guy that was on the porch bouncing the ball while rick was hiding to the side of it.

Maybe Beth was kidnapped by the Terminus people. They seem like the type to set a trap for others ("Sanctuary for all..everyone is welcome"). That funeral home looked like a trap to me.
