Week 6 weigh in.. Tardy!

This week 6 weigh in is a bit late, my apologies.

I am up a few LBS at 196. I will be starting a fitness class locally that meets 5 days a week, hopefully this will help me to shed the weight and stay focused. Starting my day off right with some exercise is a great incentive to stay on track with my food for the remainder of the day.

    I lost 0.5 lbs
    I was stagnant until I swtiched to the TDEE method. Previosly I would do fine on exercise days but on rest days I would eat way over my calories and then I wouldn't lose anything. Since i switched I do pretty good staying within or close to my calorie goal so I am pretty happy.
