I prelogged my all food. After work I plan to run 5k on my treadmill.

Hey, I am about to log my food and start pre-logging my food like you guys. I am about to go walk outside for some Cardio and I have done 30 min workout with my big exercise ball, which I will not be able to log because this site doesn't seem to have any log records for it.0

I didn't pre log today but I am going to for tomorrow. Tomorrow is my long day at work so it's really important I do that to stay on track this week. I did pretty good today food wise. I didn't log any exercise today because it was just walking but I was up and around all day in my daughters class, out shopping and cleaning at home. Normal everyday things but I was much more active today then I am on a normal day. I am focusing on getting my diet in order this week. Next week I will focus on adding exercise back in.0
